Export SPSS data to Excel

If you have SPSS software licence then you can save the data in difference formats like csv, excel etc. If you just have SAV file then you will need API from SPSS company. Unfortunately SPSS has. Instructions on how to set SPSS as default program to open.sav (data) files in Windows 10. Download the selected data file. Hi, today I want to share how to export (save) your SPSS data file to Excel format. I got a question from a user how to keep the text labels into Excel, and that’s just a few click you have to know.

Here is an example of the SPSS data file (SAV-file) I would like to export to Excel. /paint-x-453-crack.html. I also want to keep the value labels like Male, Female . See Picture below:

And the next step is the export command or actually the “Save – as”- command. You have to be in the data file you want to export first and then you choose command: File – Save as

then if you go into Excel you will see the same data as an Excel file, like below:
