• 2 ★: Not really impressed. Headphones would cut out randomly while in my pocket and I think the sensor would shut off an earbud while I walked and it bounced away from my ear. Currently they disconnected and will not repair and I have tried multiple times to reset and it will not. Audio quality is good but not premium. Bass response is average to low and the highs lack the luster of some cheapee wired quality. Will return.
• 4 ★: {For Elite 85t}° They have fixed the majority of the issues that were deeply problematic since the beginning. I wanted to give you 5 stars. However, Sound + app, occasionally (used to be quite often) will not connect to the headset when headset is turned on. In addition, when connected to 2 devices, you don't get to hear them both i.e. TV and phone, as described in the manual. I have to turn off the tv Bluetooth to use phone and vice versa. Everything else is great.
• 1 ★: High investment on underdeveloped app though the UI looks nice. 1. The battery indication is inaccurate. It remains 100% on my earbuds for a long time and runs down like a fighter jet. 2. Hear through mode amplifies the air sound of fan a lot and it makes you sound like rain if fan is in high speed. 3. Soundstage is too low and update to it for a wide soundstage might be helpful.. 4. Hear through mode should reduce volume of music to listen to outside. It's a joke now. OnePlus 6T.
• 5 ★: This app interfaces beautifully with the Jabra series of ear buds. And cheers to Jabra for introducing noise canceling, not only to their new 85t series, but also their current 75t series. Most companies would only introduce such a great feature to their newly released line to encourage upgrading, which I plan to do anyway. But back to the app itself: it allows all sorts of custom tweaks to the earbuds for optimal, customized settings. I'm a Jabra customer for life!
• 4 ★: Buds sound great! Only complaint is that when connected to both my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and my Windows 10 pc, the buds start crackling when listening to music from my PC. Soon as I disconnect the buds from the phone the music plays fine from the PC with no crackling. I have reset the buds and repaired to both devices with the same results. I have the 75t Elite.
• 1 ★: This app does not pair my elite 75t earbuds. I have followed the instructions that were given to Isaac in the review below and still have the same problem. I have also raised the issue through jabra support and haven't heard back from them 😕 I can pair the buds to my Samsung S10 and the sound quality is great. I can turn the buds off with the multifunction button but I can't control the volume. Are the ear buds faulty or is everything controlled through the app which I cannot access.
• 5 ★: Awsome sound good ANC with the update, comfortable for long sessions wearing then in a noisy office. Great battery life. They do occasionally randomly disconnect and reconnect after a few seconds. Is a little annoying. Not to bad for motorbike use depending on helmet, a very snug helmet will case the to dislodge when putting on so its bit of a technique but then with the button been on the outside, I have discovered that bumping the side of the helmet has same effect as pussing the button.
• 3 ★: Battery levels are unreliable. Althought that might be problem with the hardware. Would be appreciated if Jabra would update firmware of the buds with some more functionality. It's not like the hardware couldn't handle it. Noise reduction? Since you do sound boost? Find my Jabra could play sound? Together with that unreliable approximate GPS location? If that would happen and app would get updated accordingly it would be fantastic. Since the buds are twice as more expensive than other similars.
• 4 ★: Over all not bad, I found introducing my buds (75t) easy and the sound quality is smick. My only issue I have found have been mild connection hiccups like one bud not connecting sometimes when starting a session (easy fixes though), and I understand why the ANC funtion uses power more (be it a tad power hungry, but still ok), but it has been a nice addition.
• 3 ★: It's nice to be able to connect multiple devices to the headphones, but you can't choose which device is the primary. Also battery status is not always accurate. The app also contains soothing sounds but the tracks are short and there's a very noticeable jump when the loop restarts.
• 2 ★: I bought this product in June and I have never face it such a problem 😬 my buds battery draning Unusually Nowdays. jabra is providing 5.5 hours without ANC, and we know we won’t get that much. No offence. However i were hapy with that. I had got the battery life 3.5 hours to 4hr from the beginning. :) But these days i noticing.I get the message very early that battery is low. Even my ANC, HearThrough everything is off. Y?? now getting only almost 2.5hr. Need help. Still trust in jabra. 😔
• 3 ★: Some of the 'Soundscapes' take multiple attempts before they play, then go about two minutes and stop. Don't love that functions in 'Discover' disappear after the first time you use them, and then you have to find them in the settings menus.
• 4 ★: Like other poster mentioned, I think the battery percentage for the case is all over.or may be I am confused. my earbuds are always charged to 100% but I think the case does not have the advertised hours of battery life like 28 hrs. I would love it it Jabra would let us choose in the app at what percentage should the case start charging the buds back to 100. I don't want the case to keep charging them back to 100 everytime. let us choose.
• 3 ★: Your 65t ear phones are fantastic, and I was thrilled to find an app that is able to locate them and also unlock all of their potential. I managed to pair my ear phones to my phone and play music, works flawlessly. Your app however refuses to acknowledge my ear phones. Every time I restart the app they briefly connect with the app, but a second later the app tells me to 'Turn on and connect your headset'. If I got that working then the app looks very promising.
• 5 ★: This is an excellent app for me and works well with my Jabra Elite 85t. I have not had any problems connecting or configuring it. The ability to customize the button functions and configure ANC & HearThrough is great. It's also helpful that the earbuds can connect to two devices, so I can listen to music loaded on my Garmin watch yet still control the earbuds through the app on my phone. I do have a couple of suggestions to make the app more useful: 1) The standard config for single press on the left button cycles through ANC and HearThrough. Please add ANC Off to this rotation so it cycles through ANC, HearThrough, and ANC off. I often walk through both quiet and loud areas on the same walk and would like to be able to enable ANC for the loud areas then turn it off for the quiet parts (where I don't need HearThrough). 2) Add the ability to cycle through the 3 Moments settings as one of the button options. 3) Add the ability to edit my own custom music presets. Now it seems that if I save a Music preset then want to modify it I need to save it under another name. Overall a great app that adds useful functionality to the buds when used in different environments.
